Customer service is absolutely amazing, I recommend this shop 10 out of 10 times, ask to speak to Eisa and he will make the entire experience amazing

Super excited to have found a new vape shop. I’ve gone twice before and had great experiences with the cashiers—good vibes, good recommendations. But I went in today and the girl behind the counter was… super rude? I’m honestly confused by the interaction. I was looking for a product I’ve bought there before, I was a little vague but I’ve never had an issue with someone helping me find something. She grabbed something totally different, tossed it onto the counter, and when I asked about it she just said that was all they had… even though it clearly wasn’t? I ended up leaving without buying anything. Maybe she’s new or just having a bad day, but she was being perfectly nice to the person in front of me, so I’m not sure what that was about. Interaction was all of two minutes. A little embarrassing. Will not be returning.

Absolutely the BEST smoke shop off Midlothian!! Always has what I want, if they don’t have it they will do their due diligence to find it and keep it in stock!! Points system is lit and easy to use; I just wish they were connected between this shop and the sister shop down the road!! Ask for ABRAHAM(I think I spelled that right) he’s very knowledgeable about the products! I can’t recall the guys name for the day shift but he is just as courteous, patient and easy going.

Shout out to MK for always showing love and having great customer service. Love coming to this store.

This is probably the best vape shop in the area, by far! Great selection of products, snacks, and drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Every time I visit I see at least 1-2 interactions where the staff is genuinely engaged in conversation with customers. Service is quick and easy! The store is organized well and is always clean, very easy environment to shop in. They also carry a wide array of accessory items that fits all styles and flavors. Their loyalty program is great too I’ve gotten MANY rewards out of it! If you haven’t been you’re sleeping on a great business, wake up! Highly recommend!
