Planet Vapor is the bomb diggity! I love their sticker program! Best prices around! I love all the employees, they're phenomenal! Always greeting you with a smile!! Sincerely, Hunters Mom! Haha

This place is a joke.. Malfunctioning vape products... Won't honor any type of warranty even with the receipt.. Bought 3 capes and 2 of them are pieces of crap.. Coil automatically starts firing without puffing it.. And when you puff it, it doesn't stop firing.. Completely fried and burnt the coil up.. Had to trash them both.. I gave the third one away to a friend.. Haven't spoken to them about how it's doing but I'm willing to bet it did the same.. Ridiculous.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRODUCTS FROM THIS PLACE.. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!

Absolutely would give a 5 star, but honestly bad business. If you’re having to tell customers to bring back in receipts from other businesses just to get a discount. Absolutely disgusting and poor business practices

Great customer service and great products. Every employee I've been in contact with has been very friendly and professional. With a wide variety of products. The Military discount is a huge plus being more than most companies.

Super friendly staff. The man that assisted me took the time to explain the different types of products, the differences, and worked with my budget very well. I definitely will be doing my shopping here!! Excellent service...as well as prices!!
