Went in to replace my vuse battery and the first thing I noticed was the explicit music playing so loud that I could hardly hear myself think. After that it all went downhill. The lady behind the counter told me the battery by itself was $30!!! I have bought replacement vuse batteries before and they were only $11. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I originally thought the owner was nice. I expressed concerns with having vape cartridges leak in the past. He guaranteed if his products did that he would replace it no problem so I bought a wulf vaporizer and 5 nova vape cartridges from him. 2 cartridges leaked while using, the vaporizer almost caught fire in my pocket, and 1 cartridge was completely leaked out when I opened it. Of course when I contacted the shop he said sorry, nothing we can do. I would not recommend this store.

Friendly staff, clean, premium quality, and wide selection are just a few ways to describe this store. My return to the business is indubitable. “Hats off” to 5 Star Vape & Tobacco, you’ve done it again.

Huge selection, super helpful staff (especially with VA edibles!), definitely recommend! They even had Redfern Hemp right there - perfect!

Don't go to this place. I just left The girl was very rude and would not help me at all. Poor customer service and poor vape. I was trying to explain to her that my vape didn't work.She just act like she didn't give a shit about what I was saying. Her answer was, I mean, I don't vape. Someone should not be working at a vape shop that has no knowledge of the product and such poor customer service.
