While I don’t frequently this location, the ongoing inconsistency regarding membership discounts is disappointing. During my last visit, I was denied my membership discount on select items. The clerk claimed the products were already "marked down" in the system, which was factually incorrect—they were simply lower-priced inventory. Consistency and fair pricing are the primary reasons I’ve begun shopping at competitors like Native Smoke. If you are looking for a fair experience correctly every time, the Carytown Mechanicsville and Ashland locations remain the most consistent stores in this chain. Until management addresses the training and pricing transparency at this specific branch, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Initially went in just browsing with no intention of buying anything; after being completely disappointed by 2 different/similar shops. But from the moment we walked in this one was completely different then the other ones. The customer service was on point. Noah, answered any question we had. He actually explained things and would offer different suggestions. They had a huge selection, the prices were on everything, and the prices weren't unreasonable. We had a great experience and will be going back soon.

They should change their hours on Google Maps to say “maybe 10 ish” me and one other person been standing out here for awhile

I pass 2 other CTT stores to go to main st. Noah and Kane are patient, knowledgeable and have the best customer service. Not to mention dependable, they always there.
