Just be careful. I asked for a CBD-only vape. He grabbed a THCA vape and tried to ring it up. Turns out they do not have CBD vapes, and he was just trying to get a sale. Very disappointing and risky for anyone that gets drug tested....

The service is good, when you actually have someone to give that service. I waited patiently thinking that the worker would emerge from where they were, but instead was watching a video upstairs.

This store needs to update their number or whatever it takes to fix the fact that they are unreachable by phone. It’s been this way pretty much since they moved from down the street; either you get the immediate “the number you have dialed is no longer in service” message, or it rings infinitely. I’m not about to drive to your shop if I don’t know that you have what I need. Griffin has what us approaching a monopoly on good vape shops in Richmond—not to sound like a Karen, but so expect better than this.

George was an outstanding salesman. He is well equipped with customer service skills, knows how to tend to and manage a large crowd in an appropriate fashion. When it was my turn to be taken care of, he did exactly that. Made me feel welcome, helped explain parts of my mod I didn't know of, and sold me some equipment to have a better vaping experience. George is wonderful person and I will be back strictly because of this man's kindness and attentiveness.
