This place is worthless. First off, they carry a pen vape unit they don't stock pods for, the Minifit S. A week ago I went in this shop. There were two kids there who were pleasant enough but as unmotivated as you likely imagine. I asked for pods for the MiniFit S. They didn't have them even tho they stock the unit. For what purpose they stock the unit but not the pods I have no idea. So, I asked if they would order the pods so I could come buy them and left my phone number for when they came in. Never got of phone call. So, I called to ask and the girl on the phone was entirely clueless. She could tell me they still didn't have them but could not tell me if they were ever ordered (or wouldn't tell me). I told her I would prefer to support a local business than to order online but asked given no one called and she can't tell if they were ever ordered, what is going on. Are they going to be ordered? Is it better to just order online? What is the situation here? She said she recommends to order online. Basically, she wouldn't even commit to ordering them now when I was told they would be ordered last week. Like I said, this store is staffed by people just bleeding the clock for free money and are entirely disengaged. A colossal waste of time endeavoring to shop here.

Worst customer service, by far. Possible profiling. Selling defunct and broken items. Possibly used accessories. Product selection overpriced compared to competitors. Go to Cary st. Any smoke shop on that street is better than anything owned by these owners.

hours are not accurate. opens hours after the stated time on google. crazy that you they don’t update these hours

twice this place has charge me twice and i havent been at the store becarefull when using apple pay that how they got me i file a complaint with the BBB
