Have been living in the neighborhood for almost 20 years and find businesses like this one such a disappointment. No healthy food or drink options, just junk food. Sell something other than legalized addictions and I’ll spend my hard earned money. Go to Harrison St Mart just down the street. They have a better selection, reliable hours, and much friendlier service. Business owners: explore your neighborhood and see what is missing. There were 4 other tobacco stores open before this one reared its head. Vaping will be proven to be 10x worse than cigarettes for many reasons soon. How dare you choose this as your business; don’t sell this crap to the next generation! Please find something to do that helps communities rather than makes them become unhealthy!

Employee called me racial slurs after I asked for a refund on a faulty THC vape that never worked. I took video of it all. I’ve been going to this location for years, but she made it the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. So I supplied testimony to VDACS about their illegal products and will not stop until they’re shutdown.

Take the time to make sure all staff is knowledgeable and polite. The girl who works morning is rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming to this one again. 0 stars if I could

took neighborhood feedback and increased products . come here all the time for my late night needs , from cat food to papers to spaghetti and sauce , they got it all 10/10

They have a female in there not sure if she is white but she a young girl her service sucks she's very rude and to be honest if Im supporting it should be way better customer service and sales. She couldn't print my receipt and she has very little knowledge on products where is the guy.. u can go for one vape he will sell u the best deals.. she doesn't even speak if u hate ur job stay home
