Well, this place did have the best prices for Kratom product. I knew after going in there a couple times and getting what I got at the ridiculously low prices I paid was too good to be true. What I was paying 5$ for now costs 30$ which is the most expensive price for what I get than anywhere I go. It’s a shame. I get making price mistakes but come on now, that’s a 1100% price increase.

I really like this shop. Nestled in between a bunch of nothing on Chamberlayne Avenue, I actually drove past it as I was looking for it & had to turn around. I'm glad I did. This shop has everything! And I mean everything! The clerk was helpful without being a pest & the pricing is the best I have found in Richmond. Whatever your looking for in the world of smoke, I'm pretty sure you'll find it in Puff's Smoke Shop. What a pleasant surprise this store is!!!

Friendly Staff but very limited selection. I stopped by for vape juice and coils for my various mods but all they carry is puff bars and disposables as far as the vape side goes. But staff was friendly.

This place has everything I need and the food is great! Definitely coming back a lot.

Just game in to grab fronto I was planning on buying a lot so I asked to see a few . The white guy sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes and mumbled “oh my god”. Like isn’t this your job . I was the only customer . So I don’t understand the attitude . Instead of buying the 4 I wanted to buy I just bought one since it was such an issue .this occurred Sunday 1/28/23 at about1 Is that about 1:37pm.
