Love this store always friendly workers always greated as I enter. I don't know her name but she is the older white woman that works there is the best she always ask if I'm looking for something in particular and is very helpful. She is the best cashier ever. Great prices on products and a wide variety of everything.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought an automatic cigarette rolling machine from them for $99.99. I wanted the best one, and this one was the most expensive so I just assumed this would be great. The lady told me if it didn't work, to bring it back. When I went in to return it (because it doesn't work right), they told me because I opened it, I couldn't return jt... okay well how would I know it didn't work unless I opened it? I didn't want the $100 back. I wanted to exchange it for a hand crank one. They wouldn't help me. They didnt even offer to help me make it work right. And I have spent a lot of money in that store throughout the years. This is the 2nd time I tried to return something that didn't work and they wouldn't take it back. I will never spend one more cent in this store. If you're smart, you wouldn't either.

My bf went in and told him what we needed he said he would set it to the side for me to pickup on my way home from work the next morning. I picked up when he said was what they had discussed and set aside but when I got home it was wrong. Went back up there to trade for the correct piece and they had sold out. He then refused to give me a refund stated I have to exchange it. Was forced to exchange it for something else that we can't use.

Loved this store since they opened...always new stuff coming in wish they would get more skull stuff tho 😁 the staff are always very friendly and helpful especially the owners they have alot of knowledge of their products..glad I live 2 mins away...it's my go to store
