I highly recommend WC vapor shops! They are so knowledgeable on all their products and I had the pleasure of working with one of the owners, Matt today ! Update: Thank you to Matt for making this right. He allowed me to exchange the unopened box of coils for the coils that I wanted. I recently visited this store. I purchased a new vape, juice, and a box of coils. I had never used this vape before, and it came with two different types of coils. I purchased the ones that I thought I would like. After trying the second coil I realized that I like that one better. I went in the store today to see if I could exchange this brand new five pack box of coils unopened never used for the coils that I would like to have. I was told by the employee that they do not do exchanges. Now I can understand if this is for a different type of item. Such as a vape. Or a bottle of juice. But this is a prepackaged hermetically sealed unopened box of coils. I really thought I had found a new, reliable customer friendly, vape store. But I guess I have not. Very disappointed that I was not told at my initial purchase that there are no refunds or exchanges. Otherwise I would have held off and not bought an entire box of coils without trying both of them first.

Only place I go for anything. I love all the employees too. Very helpful.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They are always happy to help or give a recommendation. The West Salem store is the one I shop at the most, but I've had great customer service at any WC I've visited!
