As a small business owner I can appreciate the fact businesses need to make money and bring in profits. I get it and completely understand. However, there's a difference between making profits and ripping people off. I have been buying Kratom for years and Ive purchased them in various vape shops in Northern VA so I know the average price for most brands. Today walked into this shop to buy a packet of the 30mil Tabz Kratom Tablets which typically come in packages of four that're sold somewhere between $35-$42 depending on which store you go to. This place has them priced at almost $60. $59.99 to be exact. That is a 40% markup compared to other stores. I definitely won't be going back here again. Prices are outrageous

I had a disappointing experience at this store. Before going in, I called and explained exactly what I needed a hookah pump that helps with airflow or suction while smoking. When I arrived, the store manager showed me a product that turned out to be a pump for blowing air onto charcoal, which was not what I asked for. When I opened it and had questions, the employee didn’t seem to know much about it, and the manager simply said everything was in the manual. I was also never told that the item was final sale. When I went back to return it, they pointed to very small signs in the store. I never saw those signs when purchasing, and no one mentioned it, even though I was clearly asking questions and unsure about the product. They refused to return the item. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this store to others, and I will not be returning. After this experience, I would much rather shop online, where return policies and customer service are usually much better. Very disappointed with the customer service. UPDATE: After posting this review, the store manager responded and acknowledged that they had mishandled the situation and that I had not been treated appropriately during my purchase I went back to the store and was able to return the pump that had been recommended incorrectly. They also generously offered to provide the correct hookah suction pump free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. I chose to purchase the correct pump myself instead of accepting the free offer, but I do appreciate that they took responsibility and made an effort to address the situation. I’m updating my review to reflect that they did try to resolve the issue after it was brought to their attention.

Never been inside of a smoke shop so nice. Had all kinds of cool stuff. Definitely recommend

Usually they got everything you can possibly think of smoking related. Wide selection of pipes, vapes, blunts and much more. Staff is very friendly and helpful, store is organized and clean. Give them a change and stop by , it’s one of a better smoke shops in the area. Fully loaded!
