I drove 20 minutes to get here because Google Maps clearly says they close at 8:30 PM. I arrived at 8:08 PM, and the place was already shut down. Someone was inside eating, but no one bothered to open the door or even pick up the phone when I called. If you’re going to list specific hours, at least stick to them or update them so people don’t waste their time. Pretty disappointing experience.

This place has absolutely amazing customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and eager to educate. I've visited 20+ smoke shops in Sterling, Chantilly and Fairfax and this is definitely my favorite!

First thr customer service is horrible second the prices are horrible third the are sales 7oh supplement they they say it kratom but it something much worse it 7oh it almost killed me now I am severely addicted and I have severe withdrawal it been a horrible nightmare and I am severely hopeless and broke do not try this supplement it need to be ban in virginia and it consider it street heroine it need to stop they are killing people and ruining lives

All the staff is helpful and really cool people. Its one of the best stores in Sterling for a variety of products. They also have a loyalty discount for coming back. What else could you ask for?
