I placed a delivery order for a birthday party of 30 people 20+ hookah, charcoal, tobacco etc… I was told that in orders for them to confirm my order I had to pay in advance on the phone, paid right away then I was told a team of 2 guys are going to meet up with me on the day of the event. Sadly, nobody showed up or answered any of my phone calls. They pretty much just away my money. Terrible communication, no work ethic whatsoever. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service! A lot of varieties. Highly recommend!

Great flavors and customer service!
