The people behind the counter are very kind and knowledgeable and every question i had was answered,I bought a vape one time and It wasn't working so I told them and they gave me another one FOR FREE! And sometimes they give me discounts. I know that they dont speak that good of English but they somehow understand what you want and it's very motivating how they try(maybe I should try learning a new language)

Easily best tobacco store I been to. My mans behind the counter had great customer service, even went as far as to check my tobacco for me to make sure it’s good and not stale like I told him in store he got a new customer for life

I am sitting in the parking lot right now writing my review. The fact that they stay open so late is awesome. Customer service is great and the employee ma are very patient. He took his time let me test my new tank on my battery.. I would give this place a 10 star if I could awesome job! And I can remember if he said his name was Jay…. But his ponytail was cute😊

Some of the employees are rude as hell. I’ve been to this particular vape shop. The young middle eastern guy was rude , calling me a liar about expired vape juice. Be aware of the expiration dates in the bottle. A few bottles I saw were 2-3 years expired. As stated I have been this vape shop numerous times and this is exactly the shop located near five below next to T-Mobile . My suggestion is instead of insinuating this review is a farce , train some of the employees in regards to customer service
