You guys are so lucky to have Shayan in your team. He is so smart asked me some questions about what kind of cigars I like and based on my answers he nominated for me many choices I have tried it and was really awesome exactly as I preferred. You are amazing Shayan, thank you!

the hours on the website say open at 10am I have ran into this before at this location. I arrived at 10:10 AM doors still locked. Now I will have to go somewhere else and give my money to another Cigar Company. If you go to this location, I recommend you get there at 11 at least somebody will probably be there

I had a great experience at Cigar World! The customer service was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were helpful, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

I had no knowledge of cigars but wanted to buy for older colleague. Shayan really helped me out. He was patient and understood what I needed. My new place for gifts for my older buddies.
