I had a fantastic experience at Emerson’s Cigars thanks to Barry. As someone who doesn’t smoke and had no idea what I was looking for, I stopped in to buy a few cigars as a gift for my dad. A friend had given me a few brand recommendations, and even though I completely butchered the names, Barry knew exactly what I meant and helped me find everything I was looking for and made recommendations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely down-to-earth. He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel out of place and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Emerson’s Cigars, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Barry. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

Great customer service. Cashier recommened products based off of the quality and not just too make a sale. 10/10 would purchase from again

Easy in and fantastic cigar selection. Highly recommend.

The owner is an incredibly nice and helpful man and so is the staff. They helped me find a gift for a friend and they had inventory that other places didn’t so I really appreciate that I was able to get my friend their perfect gift. Amazing experience, definitely would recommend My only caveat is that they don’t have a larger lounge section that there is no in store bar however, I understand it is a retail space so there are some limitations to that, but if they ever choose to expand to their own building and make those choices I’m sure try would constantly be packed. The ambience is amazing and the staff makes it worth it. Great selection, check them out!

Best variety of pipe tobacco and cigars in Virginia Beach. Dan the Cigar Man was friendly and professional. Prices are average but the fact that they more than likely have what you are looking for makes it worth it.
