I’ve been a customer at this tobacco shop for a little over a year now, and honestly the experience has been wildly inconsistent — and not in a good way. The manager, Sky, has been rude almost every time I’ve interacted with her. She’s usually on her phone and barely listens when customers are talking. If you ask a question, you get the feeling like you’re interrupting something far more important than, you know… her actual job. It feels like customers are more of an inconvenience than the reason the store exists. There’s also a newer employee whose name I’m not sure of, but unfortunately she seems to be following the same example — short with customers and generally not pleasant to deal with. On top of that, almost every time I’ve walked into the store it’s been filthy and chaotic. The counters are cluttered, things are disorganized, and the whole place just feels like no one cares enough to keep it clean or professional. The only reason I’m still coming to this store is because of one employee: Roxy. One day I stopped in after a horrible shift at work, already dreading the interaction I expected to have. Instead, Roxy was behind the counter. She was friendly, patient, and actually seemed happy to help. She answered my questions without attitude and knew the products well. What really stood out though was that when I walked in, she was actively cleaning the store. And for the first time since I’ve been coming here, the place was actually spotless and organized. It was the only time the shop didn’t feel chaotic. If management reads these reviews, here’s the honest truth: Roxy is the only reason I still come to this store. She’s the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. The others are the kind that push people away. If the store cares about its reputation or its regular customers, they should be paying attention to the example she’s setting — and make sure they don’t lose the one employee who actually seems to care about the job. However, I am confused about one thing. If the store name is actually Tobacco Inn then why does both google and the store say Smoke shack? That is confusing to me.

Great shop to get vapes but don't carry e liquid for non disposable
Just purchased items from this smoke shop n the ladies working were extremely rude, one was on the phone complaining about an intersection not working and the other unwilling to help me, gave me the wrong items (which are behind the counter) & I paid for it. Meanwhile she would not compensate for the correct items. If you don’t like your job , get a new one !!! Don’t treat customers like garbage. Will never shop here again and will be seeking management .
Save your money and time and go to a different smoke shop. My fiance stopped in to grab a little torch for our nectar collector, we get home and it only worked one time. The flame will come and go, for every 30 clicks you might get it to light once or twice. Then on top of that it was $25! Went to Tobacco and Vape Virginia Beach on Providence road to get another torch and they had the exact same ones for $6.99! Your store is a rip off and your products suck!
I have been to easily a dozen or more "Smoke Shop" stores in Hampton Roads in the last couple of months. Most are disappointing with the inventory and offerings of roll your own tobacco products. THIS store however is the absolute new standard of excellence! The selection of tobacco, tubes, flavors, and prices are all outstanding! This is my new Go-To place to shop!
