I seriously debated posting this review. I've only been to this place a few times over the past few years and it's always been a decent experience. Nice people and good selection. I usually order my vape supplies online because it's just more convenient for me. I do believe in supporting brick and mortar stores but Vapor Chasers seriously needs to reconsider their pricing. Tell me why I went in there today, planning on purchasing 4 bottles of my regular juice which usually runs me about $50 TOTAL online INCLUDING SHIPPING, but at Vapor Chasers, one bottle -ONE BOTTLE OF THE EXACT SAME JUICE is $39!!!??? Absolutely ridiculous. And no, I'm not getting any special discounts when I buy online. Each bottle of the same juice, same size, same flavor, is $9.49 a bottle. Yes, there are taxes and fees but it still doesn't add up to $39 a bottle!! The only reason I went in there to purchase was because I thought I had a spare bottle and I hadn't placed an order with my regular online store yet. I truly would love to be able to patronize Vapor Chasers but I just can't justify those prices.

This is our go-to spot, but the Kempsville location stock is slim these days, possibly due to new laws on vapes and liquid. I thought for a month or so they were off-loading their stock and going out of business.Their star discount program is okay, but after nearly 10 years of being a regular, it would be nice to see a more beneficial program for long-time customers. Also, I want to support my local shops, especially this shop vs. the ones that pop up and have seemingly no local ties and seem to exploit addiction - Kratom for example, but the same liquid that costs 32 from them I can get online for 10. I'll still purchase from them, but, again, a second program for regular, long-time customers should be put in place.

Haven't been to another shop in about 10 years. Liquid selection has always been great, devices are always current, but still have coils and glass for things that haven't been on the shelves in a long time, and the fact that I can get just about anything ordered to the store is a huge convenience. But really, the people are the best part. Everyone has a deep understanding of the products and is so kind to whoever walks in.

Great place to get all your vape supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful and if you're lucky, you'll get to meet Sue.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing .Josh and Beedy are knowledgeable and they take the time to go over things with you step-by-step Josh is amazing again. Although we moved to the beach, We're coming here from now on. We're just going NOT happy with the service we get at the hilltop location.
