So, came all the way down from New York State to see family in KY for the holidays. I knew from memory years ago before I moved that I really enjoyed going to Planet Vapor. I walked in, was greeted. Shown the products and of course made a purchase. It is good to see that even from years from now that Planet Vapor is still not letting me down! Thank you Ren!

It was my first time stopping and i will deffinantly go back. I think his name was josh or john was great! He helped me find exactly what I was needing and was super friendly. Deffinantly reccomend shopping here

The Store Was Very Clean And The Lady Working Was Very Sweet And Inviting And Helpful And She Knew What She Was Doing!!! She Helped Me And Their Prices Are Much Better There Than The Store Down The Road I Wont Say A Name But Yeah Way Better More Affordable Prices Here!!! Thanks P.V.!!!

I did not get the lady’s name, but she had blonde hair and she was amazing. I came in on Black Friday last year and mentioned that the banana strawberry Hyde bars was all that I used. I went in today and they had a full stock of them and she remembered me and had asked her GM to order that particular flavor just for me. Made me feel like a valued customer and I highly recommend this store. They go above and beyond for their customers. Very friendly.

I'm giving them 5 stars only because there's no more stars to give and they deserve more than just 5 stars though. I went in not knowing what to get the lady helped me completely with showing me my options and after having it for a few weeks it would no longer charge so I called them just today and the lady says she will try to fix it if not will replace it for me! I'm so grateful for this Planet Vapor shop!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone
