Every time I've been in there I find the staff to be very unhelpful and lazy. Some of them can barely speak English, which makes it hard as it's the only language I speak. It's just a weird feeling inside that store. I only ever purchased one thing and I will never be going back. Not recommended. The owner should try to get better workers. The ones I've seen are not good.

Great vape shop, I was visiting with my friend from out of state and wanted to stock up before heading home. Their prices are comparable to most places, and they have a very good selection of vapes. Their customer service was great, we had an issue with some of the vapes that were purchased, which was discovered after leaving the store, fortunately we were still in VA. We called the store and spoke with the owner, he told us to come back and he would exchange them for us. We were very fortunate that he exchanged them since most place don’t after you leave the store. That to me is great customer service and a way to guarantee a return customer.
