Sadly, new ownership. Out of most brands... 5 weeks now and shelves mostly empty. Clerk Lee was very rude.... Says he is happy that I, a twenty year customer, will have to find a store that sells cigarettes and should never come back! Additional note- Seems clerk Lee edits comments. Read them all... customer is always wrong or at fault. Not the way I remember customer service working. He lies also... I don't use swear words nor yell. Buyer beware.

I have been a long time customer at the third store, which is now closed for the time being. However I actually started at this store, when Randy was there. Randy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, product wise, and as a down to earth individual. I stopped by there recently, to find the clerk from the closed store working there, whom I have met with several times and the owner. The store is small in space, but I feel this makes it more quaint, thus easier to find what you may need for your smoking needs. Keep in mind, this isn't a major vape shop, this is more akin to the traditional cigar/cigarette stores from before vaping took over as the "new" way to smoking took over. It is fine if you choose to vape, however if you still enjoy a cigar or cigarette, with a knowledgeable clerk without the neon lights, loud music, in a quaint setting look no future than Williamsburg Tobacco, store number one. I hope you take the time to stop by throughout your travels to give a well ran store a chance to make you a regular customer, as I have been now since 2018. Cheers and stay safe out there.

I have been going here for about 10 years. Last few months switched to a product that constantly had pods when I opened leaked all the content and was unusable. Tried to talk to management that possibly there was an issue with their distributor. Basically told they have plenty of customers so move on. I can't afford to spend 100 on pods to throw directly in the trash. Responding to your very untruthful response. I was never kicked out of the store or asked to leave. I also never walked behind the counter but merely pointed to the product I wanted. I will be seeking charges for libel.

Only high end expensive merchandise. Wealthy, welcome.....and I needed to add but the snotty funny rebuttal reminded me! THE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT WHEN WE INQUIRED ABOUT A CERTAIN BRAND. Evidently the brand was NOT good enough to be in that shop.😅😅😅 I read all the reviews positive and negative about half in half. Maybe it depends on who is at the counter at the time of purchase??? Didn't want to waste my time taking photos. Can't capture rude.

Just stopped in to grab a vape. Nice new RabBeats! Never heard of it but it has great flavor. Price is standard and clerk was cool and welcoming. Thank you!
