I had a great experience here. Stacey was extremely helpful and friendly, and she took the time to help me choose the right cigars based on what I was looking for. Her knowledge and customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated her patience and recommendations. Definitely a great place for cigar lovers. Highly recommended!

I have Been going here, bi-weekly, for years and never had issues. Recently though, unfortunately, the white staff lady has been very rude the past few times I have been in there. I asked about the cigars, and she had a very poor attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Shame to see hahaha I was called racist for saying the white staff lady by the business owner when im indeed white as well. Instead of name calling customers and excusing your staffs behavior you should quit using "racism" as an escape and look at fixing your store internally.
