Might be one of the last REAL Vape Shops in 50miles! Only place I been able to find Kanthal wire and wicking cotton. Still a great variety of traditional juices and knowledge. That level of Friendly and professionalism that made going to a vape shop a fun experience. They do sell a lot of the new stuff to so there is something for everyone! Will be going here regularly

Logan is hands down one of the best salespeople I’ve dealt with. Super chill, not pushy at all, but somehow still makes you want to buy. He actually knows his stuff. The vape shop has a crazy good selection, and the customer service makes it even better. If Logan’s there you are leaving happy. Simple.

I hate to leave bad reviews but when I went in store, there was a condescending boy behind counter hanging with a girl or friend. He was very arrogant and pretty much started our interaction with " you dont know what you're doing or talking about " I was simply looking for a product. He further was trying to push a 200.00 vape on me when he said " they like to keep it professional " so they don't by garbage pretty much. ( my product ) name brand fyi. I was literally going to buy something but not from someone like him. I feel sorry for owner he is selling most high end and quality products but at a marked up price compared to elsewhere. I get it and ill pay more but if this is a boutique shop then experience should be in kind. The boy there today didn't have enough skill or knowledge to be arrogant. Nor sell anything. I Dont care what operation there running being accountable for employees is key, its unfortunate when that employe clearly could care less! Owner seems like a good dude and ive never met him to be fair! I dont want to be treated in that defiant automatic dismissive behavior when I want to buy something. I also dont want to be pushed out and talked to so he can show off in front of some girl or something. I hope I can change this review one day and I will. I dont want to hurt a small business due to a careless employees actions. Id assume he was the employee not the girl.

Great atmosphere. Even better people. The employees and the owner are always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I have. They also have a massive selection of products and I always have a hard time choosing between a few of them lol. Great location as well, right on the walk-in mall in downtown Winchester. 10/10 …. Highly recommend!

The only vape shop I'd go to. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Plus they have awesome selection
