Im new to the area and rely on kratom given i have fibromyalgia and its the one thing that allows me to get by and work. Its been hard finding what im used to getting here and places like Tobacco Hut are charging double what im used to. The owner went out of his way to get what im looking for to the best of his ability on top of getting me a better price than what I get back home. Great business 👏

I went in this place looking for my first 12”+ sized bong. Not knowing what the going prices are. He sold me a beaker 14” thick glass bong for $129.00 plus tax. When I get home and take it out and unwrapped it, it had a price tag of $89 on the bottom of it! Plus there was a huge sign that said 50% of Bongs. He said it wasn’t for the one I chose even though the sign was right above the bong I chose. I will NEVER go back there and I tell everyone about how he scammed me!

Best owner. Very friendly. I was intending to review this amazing store when I bought from him but forgot after I moved to Texas. But he really is the most knowledgeable and friendliest person. Check out this store. You won't regret it. Also, if you remember me I'm the one that adopted my husband's neice and we had a convo of 0 nic vapes

The man running the store was the best part. It's really common to walk into a smoke shop in the area and be met with very bored/rude cashiers. Smoker's Den was the exact opposite experience and it was very refreshing. He didn't waste any time getting me to what I was looking for and both the selection and prices were also great. In addition to what I came into the store for he also recommended additional product and we have been pleased with everything so far. Genuinely one of the best shopping experiences in Winchester in a long time.

very kind store owner, set me and my husband up perfectly with what we were looking for :)
