I am hearing impaired Virginian male. Ahmed is not doing well and has been disrespectful. This store claimed to be LGBTQ+ friendly, but it isn’t. He asked me for a nude picture, which is an inappropriate way to coerce me into sending it. He’s 21 years old.

Horrible vape store. They sold me a defective vape and offered no assistance with an exchange or return. When I called to inquire the employee asked, “well did you try it in the store?”. No - the question should have been, “Did my teammate advise you to try it?” Your organization failed on the sales and customer service process. I look forward to the amount of business you will lose due to my efforts for you not offering ANY assistance and selling faulty products. I gave you a chance to correct the issue. You failed. DO NOT go here everyone!

I have to say, Crystal is your go-to girl!! Everytime I come she’s so friendly and knows her products! Introduced me to some new products as well that I really like. If you want amazing customer service ask for Crystal!!!!
