⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Exotic Smoke Shop, Woodbridge VA I came up from Fredericksburg for a physical and wasn’t feeling great afterward—nauseous and anxious, it's for a new job. I stopped at the vape shop I saw first, but the guy behind the counter acted cold and suspicious. I’m very aware of human behavior—tone, inflection, body language—and you can tell when someone’s being genuine or not. This wasn’t that. I asked if he had any sativa flower, and all he said, flat and dismissive, was “We got THCA pre-rolls.” Nothing else. No effort to help, no respect. Then I went to Exotic Smoke Shop, and everything was 💯% the opposite. The young lady there greeted me with a warm smile—polite, kind, and completely free of judgment. I asked if she had any sativa flower and told her I wanted an eighth. She said “Yes, sure,” and handed it to me—simple, professional, but more like a little sister or fam, and that's exactly how customer service should be. When I checked out, she mentioned I could type in my number to register so that next time they’d know I’m a customer. I told her I already had an account and went ahead and typed it in—and as soon as I did, she smiled and said I could spin the wheel. I spun it and won two full Hyde Virginia tobacco-flavored vapes—for free. That right there is how you make an impression—friendly energy, no judgment, and genuine appreciation for customers. I was an hour from home man long ride to feel uptight and kinda sick at your stomach. Exotic Smoke Shop didn’t just make me feel welcome; they earned my respect and loyalty. Any time I ever come back I'm taking business there. Thanks again kiddo!! I dont remember the ride home. Lol just kiddin!!!

Came from Sterling and there is a lot of variety. So many to choose from. Naiyah has a great attitude and very welcoming helped us getting what we needed. Definitely recommend coming here.

Great place to get whatever you need. Mike helped me out and I got what I needed. If you pass by make sure you stop by and get something. I'm giving this business a 9.3/10. Great job guys!!!

I was passing through Virginia on a road trip from PA to NC when my vape died, and I’m so glad I stopped here! Abby helped me out and she was incredible. I originally went in for an Off-Stamp cartridge, but she was so informative that she actually convinced me to switch to a Fogger kit instead. I wasn't planning on buying a whole new setup, but she was 100% right the Fogger hits way better and is honestly much cuter. Best 'impulse' buy ever. Thanks, Abby!

This is the best vape store in the area. Always good customer service. It’s clean and nihya (not sure how to spell her name) is very nice and helpful.
