Has some of the shittiest quality glass ive ever had a banger i bought from here snap way too easy he has fake terp balls and they melt to your bangeras well i will honestly never be coming back to this establishment again

The customer service is fantastic. The owners are sincerely appreciative that you stopped in. The humidor is well cared for and holds the proper temperature and humidity. The cigars are fresh and ready to smoke right away. The selection is always top notch with a few nice surprises added every now and then. If you can't find what you are looking for, just let them know and they will do their best to get it in. For cigars, this is the place to go in the Bonney Lake/Sumner area; hands down. Cheers!

I have been going to this place as long as I can recall and have always been treated with such kindness and value. The owners are amazing and go out of their way for their customers. The prices are great too! As long as they are around they have my business! Thank you!

Amazing customer service by the owner! If you’re looking for an “in town” cigar shop that has a quality selection, knows cigars, and actually keeps his humidity where it should be… Look no further. I’ve been to most of the local shops that carry cigars… And I’ve been disappointed in either selection, or how they care for their cigars… But Cigar Zone has a great humidor and his cigars are ready to smoke straight from the store.

I have always had great experience coming into this store. Never any negative attitude, it’s always positive and helpful. I will always come here for my cigars. Thank you
