Everyone is so nice!! Jaylyn has been the employee most times I come in and she was born for customer service, always so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face. My dog loves them too so that just adds the cherry on top!

I've been shopping at this smoke shop for 3 years and it's the best. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. As a disabled American I can say the courtesy and kindness I receive is top notch.

No return policy. The customer service is good, the same girl at the counter both times and she knowable about the product in her store. The prices do seem to be fair as well. I gave 3 stars, because I purchased a vape from here about two weeks ago and (using the charging cable provided)I charged the vape over night and the battery expanded beyond usage. I took it back and it was all for nothing since there's no returns or exchanges for vapes. I'll take the lose, but I know jus not to purchase any more vapes from here.
