The staff is the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a little intimidated coming in the first time, but everyone has been so welcoming. The owner especially, seems to know everything about the product and is more than willing to educate customers on the best buys. He does a great job with his staff. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

I have been a long time customer here. I will say Katie is the reason I come. Her awesome vibrant attitude and her beautiful smile keep me coming back. Shes often the only smile I get in my day. She always makes sure to care for each customer as if they are her family and that means something to me and alot others. I love coming in to her bright smile and always happy attitude. Shes what makes this place. I think alot of people would agree with me on this. Thank you for always being so kind and loving. You are an amazing woman and the soul of this company!!!!. Keep your sunshine always!!

Went into this vape store today for the first time, looking for a Miami mint foger pod today. Had an amazing selection on the flavors and had exactly what I looking for! Also the people that work there are very sweet, and kind. I’d 100% go back and I had also just recommended my bestfriend to come here too :) yay!

I have never met a friendlier group of employees. Every time I go in, I’m always greeted politely and it’s not canned. The owner is super knowledgeable, and you can tell he spends time training his employees on product as well. I wish I could remember the names of a couple specific employees there, there’s one guy there, especially, always has great recommendations and knows his product and is super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will say I was a bit nervous going to a smoke shop because I just had a different idea of the atmosphere. But it’s well lit and friendly and lots of product and great customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER! This is a scam business and I would never buy anything from here again. They sell fake space gas and whenever you try to complain or exchange they get super defensive. The owner never follows their own store hours and the covington shop is constantly closing early and it’s clear his management of his employees is horrible as they never know the true price of anything. From the roaches to the clear incompetence i suggest taking your business somewhere else. Go here instead better quality gas and better prices: Star Vape Smoke Shop in Kent.
