Had a great experience with Ali at Meridian Smoke, Cigar and Pipe. He was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge made the whole process easy and comfortable, and he had a great attitude the entire time. Ali made sure I understood my options and didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. (Best deal on geek bars too btw!) Overall, amazing service—I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. I went to get an e-cig and was told price was $28. Few weeks back it was $18 and the employee said the price has changed yesterday. I told him other store was selling better price if you buy two. He said he can match that price. At that point I know he was manipulating the price on site. I saw when he scanned the product it was $16 but he immediately override with different price. Very shady way of doing business. I'm not going back here anymore.

They are So very friendly and nice. I even got a vape that was horrible tasting and not what it said and they let me return it. But I'm dedicated to this store! I won't buy my vapes anywhere else. So I spend good money monthly with them and they know I do. I give them a A+++++++++++++++++++ They got the best prices around the area too😉
