I just made a purchase of buying a zippo lighter with my boyfriendand then when I went back in there to show him my old zippo my boyfriend stayed in the car so I went in by myselfto see what I needed to get to fixed he showed me what I needed and then I proceeded to leave, as I didn’t have my wallet and then he signaled me to come back as I was already outside in my car, and he falsely accused me of stealing the flint from him, right after I just made a purchase of buying a zippo, which is a bit backwards in my opinion and is very unprofessional and very biased, and maybe be racist as well as I am a person of color. He said he was gonna check the cameras and he did and then he realized he made a mistake, but didn’t even apologize. I would not recommend going there. He has no idea that he just falsely accused a US military service member of stealing that is so far from my morals and values. I add that because you never know who you might be falsely accusing based off of judgment

0 Stars! I purchased cigars here once a week for many months. Many times when I go inside the store the owner will walk away from the cash register to watch me select cigars from a closer location and stare. I know he wants to make sure that I won’t steal any. As a customer I don’t like to feel so much distrust. I don’t want to support a store that makes me feel that I am a potential thief until I pay. I bought a humidor and am now buying the same cigars online at half the price. As a business owner myself I will say that the owner of Top Smoke is not a good businessman. I understand that he has probably had many shoplifters but I am an honest person and he as a businessman lacks respect.

Everything is a reasonable price except the glass pieces. And sometimes the older gentleman that cashier's can be a bit irritable, but for the most part this place has everything I need at any time at a reasonable price for being the closest smoke shop to Crystal mountain resort.

Friendly helpful staff, prices seemed almost 2019ish. I lost my Mod washing my car. Thanks for a replacement I could afford! Will Return. 6/5 Stars
