So I go here often for wraps or what not and I decided to buy a bong there and when I did there was a broken bowl piece so She got a new one completely different and when I came home to try it the bowl piece wasn’t even working there was no suction so I tried to call for the inconvenience because the girl working there switched it out with a totally different one I thought she knew her stuff since she worked there but apparently not cause there was no suction whatsoever I called to try to switch it out but she kept saying no all sales are final and when I asked for a refund I could get that it was still brand new but barley been used 1 time literally called the store 2 hours after I left and it didn’t even work that first time I couldn’t even get a refund for it to buy a new one or at least a new bowl piece so now I have a bong that doesn’t even work and money gone to waste for nothing.

Little Ms. Mariah. Is the most amazing worker they've ever had here.... And she is her personality and her intelligence, are off the rector scale. And she it's very bubbly and amazing it made me feel like she was my best friend because, She's very personable. when my sister and I came in there to purchase some items. She showed us everything about it. She taught us if we didn't know about it. And she made us feel comfortable before we purchased it. She is a diamond in the rough. And if you ever need a new smokeshop, or just want to try something new, you guys have to come down here and give her amazing people skills.that she has . She's amazing. I absolutely feel in love with her, and so does my Sis. We are never going to go a different smoke shop. And they better never get rid of her and she needs a RAISE ... She helped us with our stun guns through-and-through. She's amazing. And we fell in love with her. The minute she started working with us. Thank you Mariah, for being so personable. If I could give them -0 stars I would I don’t see how they’re even at 4.9 stars customers service horrible selecting in anything is little to none . For a “ new store “ you don’t have much to pick from .. & find new employees that actually talk and know how to communicate. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone .

Kenzie helped me and she was great! Super friendly environment and I got a piece I love! And they’re open 24/7! Can’t get any better than that.
