The cashier was extremely informative and helpful. I had some questions about vape bars and he told me everything I need to know and even showed me how to use it. I will definitely come back here!

Staff is very nice, top notch service. The owner is also really chill and runs the shop himself a lot of the time. Great place to buy beer, vaps, or even jerky sticks.

$10.99 growler fills. Cant go wrong with that. I have gotten two fills here so far and for some reason both fills seemed a little flat though. It could be because they don’t use a tube on their taps to fill the growlers. Not sure. It also seems like that have a good selection of other products. They have products that I have never even heard of here.

I come into town every 3 months. There’s a good selection on Kratom and vapes. This is my 3rd time coming to Zakks and customer service is always great.

Came in and bought two vapes, one for a coworker. Coworkers vape stopped charging the first night he brought it home so on Monday he let me know and I took it back as soon as I could, still 95% full of vape juice. Showed the cashier the issue which was undeniable, but the best he could offer me was 30% off another vape. Told him I'd accept a new one because the product was broken and unusable due to no fault of mine or my coworkers and he could keep a customer or he could lose a customer permanently. He told me to kick rocks in a reasonably nice way. He refused to accept responsibility for the products in his store so I'd avoid this place at all costs if that's how they operate. They put on a nice face but won't accommodate you if they sell you bad product.
