I’m so disappointed in BJ’s now 😞 they got rid of most of there good employees. Service is not the same, product knowledge is not a thing anymore, and no more riddle of the day or even a smile. This was my favorite drive thru smoke shop around for years!! The new employee's are less than friendly. The skinny newer lady at the window most days has the nastiest attitude!! I guess if you’re not a male she doesn’t want to help you because she seems to be all smiles for my husband on his encounters. I guess this is Goodbye old friend 😞

As of September 24, 2025, this establishment has ceased to be my preferred destination. Consequently, I will no longer frequent the smoke shop and coffee shop. The female employee who previously served me exhibited exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and an in-depth understanding of my preferences. Furthermore, she would dedicate time each morning to research a riddle and record it on a whiteboard.

They wouldn't let me buy 2 vapes unless I had 2 IDs even though they were both for me because they had just gone through a sting operation. Not my fault they failed the sting but super annoying I couldn't get what I wanted. I buy vapes here every week but will definitely not be going back.

I looked forward to guessing the riddle every morning found out the lady got fired will not be coming in no more

If you're looking for cheap tobacco products or other products you would find at a reservation smoke shop, this place will serve your needs. Just don't wave your money around in the parking lot there's some pretty unsavory characters hanging around, not the businesses fault of course.
