I have bought a lot of cigars from this place and they have an ok selection but trying to order a box of cigars has been a pain, and now months later after asking multiple times for a price and not getting an answer, I get a total rip off price. I should have just ordered online and you should too. For a $165 box of cigars, they want $240. That’s straight robbery. I just placed my order online, I get my $165 box in a little over a week. Don’t try to rip off your customers or you will lose them.

I purchased a few cigars from here and they were absolute garbage. Took them out of the sleeve and they immediately started to unwrap. Not even having cigar glue would save them. Complete waste of money if one would shop here. The name is Cigarland but they have a very minimal selection and higher prices than you pay at other places.

When a company offers a promotion on a product that you sell at your store AND lists your store on the list of stores that accept the mobile offers, you need to accept the mobile offer coupons. Or get your store removed from the list. You literally sell packs of cigarettes with coupons in them that tell people they can use them at your store and then have a little "No coupons accepted" sign taped to the glass at the register... It's 2025, get with the program or don't sell products with coupons inside. Idk who the owner is but you really need to learn about these mobile offers and teach your employees about them. The gal behind the counter didn't know anything about them and just said you don't accept them without any explanation. Pretty poor business practice to rip your customers off when you know your able to accept the coupons that you sell at your store and just don't want to lose the profit. Just lost a regular👍 I'll take my business to one of the other stores here in Gig Harbor that accepts them. See photos.

The woman at the counter when we went in on Christmas Eve evening was SO helpful. Neither of us smoke, we were there picking out a box of cigars for our dad but had no idea where to start. She showed us where to start looking, what to look for, and even spread the ones we picked into a box with an organizer for us. SO so helpful, and such a great atmosphere in the shop.

Overall a fantastic experience! A well stocked store with friendly staff is what it takes to win over clients and these guys are pros at it. I am definitely coming back!!
