Super sweet gentleman who I assume is the owner. Better prices than the surrounding gas stations and grocery stores. Accepts valid coupons, which can make a huge difference.

Smokeland is my go-to smoke shop each & every time I visit Gig Harbor. The selection is great, the hours are good, the price is right, and the owner is an absolute pleasure to interact with (he always sends me off with a delicious piece of candy to top off my purchase which I absolutely love & appreciate!). Keep doing what you're doing, Smokeland! You've got yourself a loyal customer for life!

As other reviews have stated. The shop owner is RUDE. I parked in the spot that was in front of his store as other cars were double parked for the store next door. He came out and asked me to park somewhere else because my 'big truck' was blocking his store front. I agree and apologied. As I was climbing back into my truck to move it he started repeatedly rambling about how I need to read his signage, use my 'common sense' and not block his store front. This is the ONLY store in the complex that has their own spot marked.

I normally go to Max's Vapes in Tacoma, but there always out of my favorite (Geek bar Banana Taffy), so I started coming to this store. I always pay $20-$25 per vape. The sticker said $24.99 in this store too, so I purchased 3 today. The owner wrote down what I bought, punched in some #"s, acted different than before & stood there without telling me the total. I looked at the register & it was $120. I paid him, then left because I was in a hurry. As soon as I got home I realized he overcharged me (it should have been around $80, NOT $120 cash). I kept calling the store, but he didn't answer. I think he was acting odd, because he knew he was ripping me off (I paid in cash too, so I'm sure that went in his pocket lol). My fault for not paying attention, but Im still ticked off & will never go here again!

The store has a large selection of tobacco and other items. Very friendly service.
