Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Lily answered all of my questions and helped me find what I needed. The shop is clean and well organized. Will be back!

Always loved going to the store that I had been going to for over 11 years , it's a great place

Love going to this store for cigarettes. The staff are more than friendly and we have good conversations when I'm there. Best customs service experience ever! Plus they allow your dog to go in with you so you don't have to leave them in the car. Awesome dog lovers! Big Smoke employees are very friendly people, again, the best service ever!

Says online that they open at 6:00am. It's now 7:37 and this place ain't open and ain't nobody here. It's things like this that make me decide never to return to a business. Yall suck!

New to the area. Guys are working suggested this place. Outstanding customer service. They dont follow you around but any questions they respond quickly and answer any qusstion without being annoying or trying to sell you something. Good prices on cigs also. Bravo
