Consistently outstanding customer service and patience for customers who might be 14 hours and a few grams of melts deep in the Tri-cities heat. The young ladies who work the evening are knowledgeable on what products are in stock. Also the management of this Kennewick location have a high level of integrity which is a thing I find consistently lacking in nearby establishments. Life long customer has been earned through understanding.. that I really shouldn't consume as much rosin as I do. Haha thanks again for the help with the Puffco Proxy and probably the replacement I will need before the year is up because I shouldn't be allowed nice things lol

i am changing my review to one star as i bought a greek vape that was maybe 120 total with juice and all less then 10 days ago i busted the glass on the vape my fault how ever when i went to go get a new glass and they didn’t have any and weren’t going to get any or know when they’d get some. My question is if you care about the customers why sell them something that they can’t get things locally. spent a lot of money here in various things. won’t be doing it anymore do not buy this vape

I had a little issue with a fogger pod that I had and they actually worked with me and understood want I needed. They replaced the pod and the owner was cool about it. The guy that helped me out was chill and the lady with straight black hair was really nice also. They had some SZA playing too so extra points for that.
