So this guy is supposedly a manager but the way he treats the customers is terrible. He's been a manager at other locations and it's been pretty consistent between the locations he has worked at. I do enjoy going here however I do my best to avoid calling him foul words. They need to reconsider befor3 this ampm too goes down in num ets.

Staff at this location was incredibly friendly, patient despite a line, accommodating my mom while she playfully harassed him. Naturally as “the kid” I want to cover my face with my hands but he made the transaction easy and we will be back. Sorry buddy lol thanks a ton!

They charge for hot water.... So I went to the Tumwater Trading Post, to find out their coffee and hot water is free!!

The positive energy you receive from the employees here is almost contagious. Vist this place if you are ever having a bad day. If everyone treated people the way they do, the world would be a better place!

Morning staff are super awesome. More friendly than the ones on sleater Kinney. James and Matthew are cool to talk and BS with.
