Worst service ever with the guy who works on Wednesday mornings. He’s rude, and so unhelpful. His response to my questions were a shoulder shrug or a mumble. My friends were offended and we left without getting what we came for. Won’t go back again.

Taylor is an awesome guy, the story is clean, beautiful of all types of vapes glasses, smoking stuff and lighters. Very recommended.

I bought a kratom vape stick last Friday, I got a few puffs off it, and it stopped. I thought it needed to be charged. It still didn’t work. If you sucked super hard, you could get it, which means the oil is old. There’s no expiration date on these. My husband stopped and bought another one for me couple of days ago same thing happened with that one. I just went to the store today and asked simply for a store credit and they can send the product back to the manufacturer and get a credit themselves and their answer was no all sales final. I didn’t see a sign in the store that said all sales final. They don’t tell you that when you buy the product and they don’t back with they’re selling they just lost a customer and hopefully more. This information was per the store owner, which is a poor way to run your business

I really liked this vape shop, for the most part. They have a lot of choices available & the employees are nice. The problem I had was that I purchased a vape (the same one I've been using for a couple years) & it quit working within 3 weeks. I went back to buy another one and asked the employee if he had an opinion why it quit working so fast but he didn't know. So I bought another one. 3 days later it quit working too. I went back again and talked to a different employee. I told her about both vapes breaking. She offered up a couple of opinions; It's a low rated product and they could have been old stock but she didn't know. She showed me a better, more expensive vape and offered me 25% off. I wasn't thrilled about the outcome but went ahead and bought the more expensive vape. So I bought 3 vapes from this place in a month plus supplies. The last one is still working so far but I'm not sure if I'll return to this vape store. The employee was very nice & tried to be very helpful but I'm still not entirely happy with the outcome. The photo is my purchases from them in 1 month.
