This vape shop keeps all of their vape juice behind the counter, so if you specify to them that you do not want the iced or freeze version of something, make sure that you double check before you leave the store because they will not make it right under any circumstances. I purchased juice head pineapple guava specified no freeze and when I called the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone even confirmed that he could see how the guy that grabbed the wrong one made the mistake. This was the first time I visited The Shop (looking for a new shop cause I am new to the area) in addition to that I did opt out of getting my receipt which I terribly regret because I got three vape juices and two coils and it cost me $100 and now I’m out $30 on a vape juice I won’t use because even though I specified I did not want an iced version and they gave it to me anyways, but because I didn’t catch it before I opened it they won’t do anything for me. I prefer to give my business to people who put their customers over their profits that’s what’s wrong with this capitalistic society that we live in nobody cares about people all they care about is money. I literally left the store an hour ago. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Also, I have realized that one of the juices I got by a brand called Naked in berry flavor was expired by three years. I do not like the other juice I got but it was a new one to me and not their fault so I’ll smoke it because it is not freeze. I am between jobs right now and this was all the money I had for this this month so I guess the month will suck.

I have to admit, I don't understand any bad reviews about this shop. I first started going here when I moved to Marysville in 2001. It might have had a different owner then, but I was still smoking cigarettes. Now I only vape , and I have looked everywhere for decent prices. I've been online and to many different shops. Imagine my surprise when I found out that, not only do they carry almost every popular brand, but a vast variety of flavors. All of this , and their wonderful customer service that I've come to enjoy too. ***Update*** I have to change my opinion of this store. I couldn't understand why I was bouncing checks for a couple of months. Until I did a deep dive into my receipts. I'm on a fixed income, and I take it down to the wire every month. I also buy my Geek Bars in bulk, so that they last through the month. BEFORE they raised the prices, I had receipts that would say one thing, yet they were billing the bank $5 plus. It was always the same order, but never the same amount that they took. I suggest people check your receipts! I'll never step foot in that store again. My bank already fixed the record based on their receipts
