My New Go-To Smoke Shop! I've been to my fair share of smoke shops, and this place truly stands out! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and organized layout. No dusty shelves or jumbled products here – everything was neatly displayed and easy to find, which is a huge plus. The selection is fantastic. Whether you're looking for new glass, a specific brand of rolling papers, or unique accessories, they seem to have it all. It's clear they put thought into curating their inventory. But what really sets this smoke shop apart is the customer service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and offered excellent recommendations based on what I was looking for. You can tell they're passionate about their products and committed to ensuring customers have a great experience. Prices are competitive, and they often have deals and loyalty programs, which is a nice bonus. I never felt rushed, and the atmosphere was always welcoming and chill. It’s midnight on a Wednesday, needed some shisha for my friends lounge. Open sign is on, lights are on, nobody is home. Google and their own door say 24hr. Not the case. Bummer! Edit, they updated hours online. Good flavor options, great service, can’t complain.

2 stars just for the close proximity. Crazy selling a bottle of butane and not honoring the buy one get one that’s printed on the can, especially after an employee previously did. Would you do the same to Arizona tea? If you’re not honoring that, what else isn’t being honored? Just don’t carry that brand or don’t charge more than the other brands of butane for it. Ive seen other places sell it for double the price it would usually be, but at least you get 2 technically. Vapes are a bit spendy as well. But yeah, just left a bad taste after that learning experience.

This place is hands-down my favorite vape shop. The workers always remember me and what I usually pick up, which makes the whole experience feel way more chill .They’re super cool , never try to push anything, and actually know what they’re talking about and make some bomb recommendations. They’ve always got a solid lineup of flavors and disposables, and they put me onto new stuff without making it feel like a sales pitch. Prices are good, the shop’s clean, and the vibe is just easy. Honestly, it’s the only spot I tell my friends to check out and I highly recommend.

Went there tonight to buy cartridges for the Smok TFOS 10ml system because thats where my room said they got mine at but because I was trying to make it back before our pizza got here and was on a bike I rushed out the house and forgot it. I've been vaping since 2017 and this is a very unique pod device, and I assumed the person working at a vape shop would know, and they might have but she wasn't having none of me. She told me flat out, she's can't sell me anything unless I hand her a device. I said well this is unique for a pod device and I'll know it if I see it I just you to point out where the Smok pods are. She refused, then very accusingly said if she sold me something, and it was wrong, I'd demand my money back like what? I noticed there a dude just kinda hanging around maybe I was interrupting something I don't but I thought okay I'll just look it on phone and before i could get the phone out she just said "I don't have any sorry" I said "you... dont even know what i need but you dont have it" "Nope." - So I said thank you, walked out and went to Rain City, had to get pods for my Vapresso but thats okay cuz I got nic salt too, so $40 they missed out and I won't bother stepping foot in the store again because I'm not wasting my time. I would recommend just making a left out of that lot, head towards Bridgeport and at the Bridgeport light make another left and go all the way up past Wendy's to Rain City Vape Shop... those guys are always easy to deal with, they aren't disrespectful (as long you arent) and I got 4 pods, and a bottle of Miami Mint Nic Salt for $40. My first impression and time going to that store I don't I deserved that kind of disrespect but buyer beware!
