I understand that this 5 star review will seem fake or fabricated because of all the 1 star reviews, but I am genuinely shocked that there are any at all, he had fair prices and is very respectful, I believe most of the issues people are having is a communication issue. And that does not mean review bombing this place is the right thing to do, his pipes and bongs are priced anywhere from 5 to 100 dollars with every option in between, his blunt rolls were also very reasonably priced. I truly believe this man deserves more business, I have purchased from him at least 8 times that I can recall off hand. Just keep in mind that English is not his first language, so if he seems to "ignore" you please don't jump to that conclusion, and with this much praise it may seem that I know him personally, I do not. I am simply a customer that views him highly because he has always had great service with me and I find these reviews unfair.

Very unsavory guy who i assume is the owner, atmosphere was very un welcoming. Prices are on the expensive side too which made the entire experience terrible. You may as well just shut down if you don't want customers and don't need the money if any is being made.

I normally don’t write reviews like this, but I had a really uncomfortable experience today. I’m fairly new to vaping and walked into the store hoping to get help finding a specific product. One of the employees, an Asian man working there, was extremely standoffish and rude from the moment I walked in. I understand that everyone has off days—I work in the industry too—but this went beyond that. Every time I asked for help, he avoided me, was dismissive, and even seemed to deliberately hide products from me. I remained polite and eventually said, “I just need some help and you’re not helping me, so I’m going to step out.” As I was walking out, he shouted something incredibly inappropriate and offensive at me.P

Do not ever go here to buy any vape products whatsoever he sells vapes that don’t even work the picture you’re seeing is a brand new vape that doesn’t work at all. I even stuck to his policy and tried it as I was at the door realized it didn’t work Turned around to get a replacement. He refused to give me a refund. He even tried to charge it for me, and even after seeing that clearly the battery was faulty he refused to give me a refund. I don’t know what kind of business he runs, but that’s not good business long story short I really want to vape so I ended up buying another one of course never will. I go here again there’s way better vape shops please save your money

This was previously a 5 star review. It's a shame when owners don't care about the customers. I will no longer be shopping here. I discourage anyone else from spending their hard earned money here, don't give them your business, it is not appreciated.
