Friendly staff, is now my go-to shop for my vapes. Haven't had a single poor experience with them thus far(4-5 months) it's a plus that they always have some of the common brands on the shelf while other shops would be out of.

Always has what I need and polite. Have to drive an hour to get there but so worth it

I will go out of my way to stop here most of the time. They always have a large selection of juices to choose from with new products I might not see at another shop for weeks or months. In addition to the large selection, the prices are also fantastic. I like trying out new tanks so it’s nice to know that if I ever want to switch back and go to an old one, I can find the coils there. Sometimes when you buy things there they’ll give you free disposables. Some of them are good. Some of them don’t work and some of them taste like a burnt hamburger bun. Regardless, it’s still a cool thing that I’ve only ever seen here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I can ask them questions and they don’t treat me like a inconvenience or a dunce.

Bought a vape on a Friday and tried to charge it on Sunday, which didn’t work. Brought it back in and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it since it’s passed 24hrs. Even the employee said the charging port is disconnected but they can’t do anything about it😤 it’s not like I’m bringing back an empty vape. It’s still has full bar of juice. Terrible costumer service. They can’t even stand behind their products quality. Will reported to BB
