John at 99 Smokers Shop consistently delivers a solid customer experience. He’s attentive without being pushy, takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, and gives straightforward recommendations that actually help. What stands out is the variety. The shop carries a wide range of vapes, from popular brands to harder-to-find options, so you’re not stuck choosing from the usual limited selection. Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re trying something new, there’s a good chance you’ll find it here. Overall, reliable service, good knowledge, and a well-stocked selection. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Staff doesn't know anything about their own products and are very unhelpful. They will try to get you to buy things you dont need with no return policy. You have better luck with the other two shops down the street. They at least know what they are selling and some offer returns on non used products. Late night shift in particular will do you dirty.

Best Smoke Shop in Town! This place has everything you could possibly want if you’re into vapes. Every brand, every flavor — seriously, I was shocked at how many options they have. Whether you’re into Geek Bar, Foger, Lost Mary, or anything else, they’ve got it in stock and at way better prices than other shops I’ve been to. The staff is chill and helpful, and they really know their stuff. No pressure, just good vibes and great deals. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality products without overpaying. This is my go-to spot from now on!

Great experience every time, friendly staff who seem excited to make sure you leave with what you want. Super selection and very clean (not something I see in smoke shops anymore).

My wife and I had a lovely experience at this shop. Thayer was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this establishment for quality of service and product.
