I had a great experience at GoGo Smoke & Vape on Hwy 99! The shop has a huge selection, fair prices, and a really clean, welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the customer service—especially from Kelvin. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. His recommendations were spot on, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I have been going here for over two years. They have some of the best staff (kind, engaged, and genuine with everyone who comes in). The prices for products are difficult to beat. Their vape flavor options are endless. I cannot stress this next part enough: you will be given honest answers for your questions. If a staff member doesn’t know an answer to a question about a product, they will respond honestly by telling you they don’t know the answer and bring someone out who does. If that doesn’t provide enough clarity, they will google with you to find the answer. Their kratom products are top tier and are very transparent about customer feedback & if you like something they will try to make sure they always have it. I am disabled, I have chronic pain and walk with a crutch. I have never had any issues navigating the parking lot, entering or exiting from the building. If you spend a few moments in the shop you will see with your own eyes the staff know their regulars & authentically help us. As I am disabled finding a consistent place that has great prices, great staff, and a great selection is rare and brightens life just a little bit when you find them. 10/10 Go in, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Everett Gogo's is 3 minutes from my house, but Kelvin has been a consistent contributor to my continued stay at Gogo's locations. When I found out he left Everett Gogo's, I already knew I'd be coming to the new location even though it has been out of the way. Another man at the Everett location has always so cold & made me feel uncomfortable whenever I browsed, but Kelvin is always helpful, kind, & a comfortable presence. I don't always know what I want, but his patience and demeanor has made every experience better. I plan on attending the Lynnwood Gogo's from now on.
