I had an excellent experience at Prime Vape Cigar and Tobacco! The customer service was outstanding, and Mr. Sherry went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while explaining the different options available. Mr. Sherry personally recommended several great vape products based on what I was looking for, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable without making me feel rushed or pressured. The shop has a great selection, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for quality products and someone who will actually take the time to help you find what you’re looking for, I definitely recommend stopping by Prime Vape Cigar and Tobacco and asking for Mr. Sherry.

The most knowledgeable and friendly owner in the state of Washington. Not only do they have the best prices, they’re experts in enhancing your overall vaping experience. I now know how to properly use my vaporesso after 3 years of use! The owner will find a way to stock your products when other shops simply don’t! Let’s make this shop #1 in 2026! Appreciate your dedication, a true connoisseur in your profession indeed!

Malike and his crew are awesome. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and don't try to upsell you. I won't go anywhere else!!

Called the vape shop to see if they had a specific brand of a device I said URSA they didn't have it, then I said a different one and they hanged up.
