I didn't catch the male employee's name but he's a white guy with short hair and beard kind of brownish reddish, he's a great employee and resolved the RSO issue that I had. He definitely stands out from the rest of the employees, goes above and beyond and I always hope he's working when I go in there. He gives great recommendations on flower and never has an attitude.

This store is by far he best store yet! I used to go to other places when I first got to Washington in February 2024 and Kush21 in Burien is the best! The gave great customer care and all their staff are super friendly! Thanks guys for everything you do!

Love this store. Always has great prices and sales. ZACH is the king of suggestions, no matter your price range. Hes always helpful and quick. Store has great vibes and you can banter with em all. Always a good time whenever we stop in
