Danielle was lovely, had factual stuff to tell me bout which helped in my purchase, answered all my questions about pieces, greeted me right away, everything was shiny and clean. Very lovely

I walk in the store with a vision in my mind. I introduced myself to the front desk lady and told her that I have a vision, as I was telling her my vision, she started to describe my vision with me, that made me put a lot of trust in her as she seemed to know a good amount about glass. I let her guide me through the water beakers and she assisted with the downstem and the bowl. With her awesome feminine touch, she guided me with finding a very nice matching set to put together and create one of the coolest pieces ever. I immediately became a loyalty member and I will be going there as often as I can.

Danielle is absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable and patient and very thorough. I’ve been to 5 different shops in a 30 min span around my house. Hands down the best shop and experience and customer service.

It was my first time coming here for a vape battery, the staff Danielle and Zane answered all of my questions and were very friendly and knowledgeable about various things they offer in the store.. Lots of gadgets gizmos and more there, I'll definitely be back!

Mary Janes House of Glass is an amazing store. I have gone in multiple times with questions regarding what they sell and with particulars due to my health. The CBD product that they carry comes in a large variety and their glass in an even larger variety as you can see in my pictures. The staff are super helpful and kind. EA most of all with helping me with my particular needs. Not only is she knowledgeable about what they sell but is super helpful and patient. Every store in the franchise needs to have at least one staff member like them. This franchise has earned a long term regular from me!
