There was a very friendly gentleman that helped me today I believe his name was Kyle sure chill smiled the whole time all around a great worker definitely coming back

Amazing & friendly staff! Carries a huge variety of flavors of disposable vapes & other smoking supplies. My go-to place! Always puts a smile on my face to stop in.

I came up here from Texas, trying to bring some honesty and humbleness with me—two things that seem to be missing at Smoke City in Yakima. Honestly, customer service here is nonexistent. The guy working there seemed like he was high, bouncing around trying to show me random stuff that had nothing to do with what I came in for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought something anyway, but that was a mistake. Since then, I’ve tried to get ahold of management—no response. They either dodge the phone, claim the manager isn’t there, or just ignore you. I even showed up during their posted business hours after 10 AM, and the doors were locked. I really don’t know how they stay in business. Bottom line—be careful buying from Smoke City. They don’t know what they’re selling half the time, and you won’t know if it actually works for what you need. Buyer beware.

Great vape shop! Huge selection and staff is knowledgeable on what they’re selling. Good prices to. Owner is awesome to talk to and buy from. Usually go in at least once a week if not a couple times.

This is my favorite glass & vape shop around. I went in there today and got a fantastic deal on a new bong! Thank you so much!
